Penstock Barn is located just outside the village of Brabourne in the gardens of Penstock Hall Farm.

From junction 10 of the M20 take the A20 turning toward Sellindge. Continue for 2.5 miles before turning left, sign posted Smeeth and Brabourne Lees.
Proceed into the village turning right immediately after the Woolpack (red brick) pub on to Woolpack Hill. Take the second turning left, (passing a garage on your left) into Canterbury Road to East Brabourne. This turning has a post box on the corner.
Continue for 1.5 miles and take the farm entrance to Jessel Farms on the left just before you reach the Barn.
Continue to the top of the drive and follow the signs to Penstock Barn.
Entrance to Penstock Barn is through the two black double doors.
